Worried?

Do you ever get worried
or burdened down with care?
Is there too much to carry on your own?

We were never meant to carry it all alone.
The LORD never leaves us
if we belong to HIM.

"Cast thy burden upon the LORD,
and he shall sustain thee:
he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved."
~ Psalm 55:22 ~

"Casting all your care upon him;
for he careth for you."
~ I Peter 5:7 ~

May the LORD minister to each of you,
kind friends,
with the Word of HIS Truth.
HE is greatly to be praised!
How precious HE is to us!

Blessings,
Camille

I love God's promises....He's faithful and always means what He says :) :) :) The photo of the purple flower is lovely, too, by the way :) :) :) I'm going to stop by an estate sale this afternoon, or at least try to...and see if I can find some goodies. Have a great weekend. Love and hugs from Oregon, Heather :)

p.s. Did I tell you my local grocery store has stopped carrying Stoned Wheat Thins...a product of CANADA and are now stocking their own brand of wanna-be organic stoned wheat thing crackers? That's a travesty..and I'm not happy. I like my crackers...so I'll have to find them at another store!!!

Especially poignant today as we just learned yesterday that our 7 week old grandson has a genetic disease that there is no cure for, and likely has less than 2 years to live.
What would we do without HIM to cast our cares upon? I do not know how the rest of the world survives.

~ I Peter 5:7 ~ Amen that is one of my favorite verses, I use daily, and yes I do worry then catch myself and say, "self what is wrong with you, you know Jesus wants to carry that burden, so give it to him and be filled with joy," I do and then I am fine, those who do not know Jesus sure are missing a lot in their life, hugs and blessings, Barbara

Dear Heather's Blog-o-rama ~ How blessed we are to belong to the LORD! You are right...HE ALWAYS means exactly what HE says! On another note ~ About the crackers ~ how fun that you are committed to the Canadian brand! We like them too. :)

Dear Cindy ~ Oh how my heart ached when I read your comment! We have already been praying for your family...I will put this into our prayer basket and we will continue to bring you all before the LORD. I agree with you...how does the world cope?? May the LORD comfort you all at this trying time with the peace that only HE can give!

Dear Cinnamon ~ How lovely to meditate on the promises the LORD has given to us! :)

Dear Patty ~ The LORD bless you this weekend as well!

Dear Treasures ~ How very true! We need HIM every step of the way! :)

Dear Barbara ~ I have to talk sternly to myself every so often as well! How wonderful that we have Scripture to fill our minds with! God is so good!! :)

Blessings to each of you!
