To Encourage

Simply Scripture.
To encourage.

"The LORD is my light and my salvation;
whom shall I fear?
the LORD is the strength of my life;
of whom shall I be afraid?"
~ Psalm 27:1 ~

"Wait on the LORD:
be of good courage,
and he shall stenghten thine heart:
wait, I say, on the LORD."
~ Psalm 27:14 ~

"Blessed be the LORD,
because he hath heard the
voice of my supplications.
The LORD is my strength and my shield;
my heart trusted in him,
and I am helped:
therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth;
and with my song will I praise him."
~ Psalm 28:6-7 ~

I'll be taking a little blogging break for
the next few days.

May the LORD bless each
one of you this weekend!
In HIS Love,
Camille

I remember, a long time ago, some celebrity, or evangelist or musician (ugh! having a senior moment!!!) used to close the show with "May the Lord Bless you real good!"(Tennessee Ernie Ford, Maybe? from 'The Grand Ol' Oprey')
That's what I am asking Him for you and your family this weekend!
:~D

Have a great blooging break, Camille. Thanks for the Scriptures. I love Psalm 27, especially well :) :) Oh, I know you've mentioned this in one o f your previous posts...about the site "A Holy Experience", right? well, I really started looking at the website a lot the last c ouple of days. I LOVE it...farmlife, God...it's amazing ;) :) I really like her writing style, too :) :) Are you still doing that numbered thankful journal? Was that from her book "One Thousand Gifts"? I'm going to have to purchase that book now, so I can read, then participate. This would be something nice for my blog. Have a blessed weekend. Love and hugs from Oregon, Heather :)

Dear Dianna ~ So good to hear from you my friend! Trust all is well? :)

Dear Raeann ~ You are too cute! :) Thank you for your sweet friendship...you are a blessing.

Dear Connie ~ May the LORD indeed give you HIS grace and strength at this trying time...HE is Faithful! Hang in there...HE will guide you in the coming days. :)

Dear Barbara ~ The LORD bless you too!! Thank you for your sweet words of encouragement. :)

Dear Heather ~ Yes, I used to participate in the gratitude community...but I don't any more. However, I do still number my thanks...it is a lovely thing to do. Ann Voskamp's book is lovely to look at and she does have a captivating writing style, but, unfortunately, I cannot recommend her book. It is grievous to me to have to write this here. May the LORD give us all wisdom and discernment as we seek to follow HIM with all our hearts...HE is Faithful to gently lead us along! :)

Dear Julia ~ Wow...you got that quickly!! I'm so glad! How wonderful the LORD's Word is...may HE minister grace to your heart through it. :)

Dear Jackie ~ Thank you so much my friend! I agree...there is nothing so encouraging as the Bible!! :)

Dear Patty ~ Thank you! Emma took the flower photo...she is so enjoying finding God's beauty through the lens of her camera. :)

Many blessings to you each one!
I hope to get a chance to visit you all soon.

In HIS Love,
Camille
