Underneath are the Everlasting Arms

Counting.
Numbering.
Giving Thanks.

A way of thinking.
A way of living.
A way of praising.

God is Good.
All the time.

We often forget when
we are in the midst of trials.
Difficulties.
The storms of life.

But, God never changes.
He is always the same.
And He always cares.
Always guides.
Always gives grace.

"And underneath are the everlasting arms..."
~ Deuteronomy 33:27a ~

The list of thanks grows.
Marches on.
Through the storms.
Through the valleys.
On the Mountain.

Through it all
there is J.O.Y.

Lasting.
Never ending.
Abiding.

J.O.Y.

Because of the LORD ~
Only in HIM can it truly be found.

In an effort to remind
myself of this amazing Truth ~
I purpose to count.
I purpose to number.
I purpose to record.

1570. Getting things DONE!

My journal sits on my counter.

I list as events unfold.
Sometimes many all at once,
and other times in a trickle.

Would you like to begin?
Just grab a pen and a journal,
set them out on the counter,
and list out your blessings.
Find the joy in the moments ~
As they arrive.

Enjoy the journey!

Many Blessings,
Camille

Wowowow! HEBREW? One of these years, I just might be REAL interested in how you can learn Hebrew while homeschooling! *files this in the back of her brain*
Love all of your list...coming here is a respite and it's just a peaceful place to visit on the internet. Thank you once again for posting such LOVELY praises, friend.

Where do you get sticky notes in Hebrew? That is so cool! Josiah had to have two of his baby teeth pulled this last week to hopefully make it not so bad when he has to have braces. He isn't looking forward to having them, but I'm so grateful we are now in a position where we can afford them when it is time.

Dear Charis ~ Thank you! Yes, indeed SO much...always! :)

Dear Jackie (Bondservant) ~ I wouldn't know where to begin with Hebrew! LOL! Fraser has certainly enjoyed the series of books that he is using...makes it *fun*. :)

Dear Tami ~ LOL! Please do not ask me how he does it!! There really are AMAZING resources out there that teach whatever your heart desires to learn...what a BLESSING! :)

Dear Cinnamon ~ What a sweet encourager you are my friend...thank you! :)

Dear Jackie (Cheesemakin') ~ Bilingual Books makes a "10 Minutes a Day" series of language books in a variety of languages...here is the link where I tell about them.

I hope you find something you might like for your homeschool. They really are fun books for learning a little of a second language. :)

Many blessings,

Camille,

What a great way to be continually reminded of the blessings YHWH gives us each day! It reminds me of a verse in Eccl.7:27

"Behold, this have I found, saith the preacher, [counting] one by one, to find out the account:"

Shalom and thanks for sharing a great way of keeping before us the rich undeserved blessings we receive each day from our God (Elohim).

Shalom In Yahshua (Jesus)

ps (our eldest daughter has braces). Their very expensive here in Bermuda!

Thank you Yuri for your encouragement. It is a blessing to be able to see the LORD's Great Goodness to us in these tangible ways. HE is Wonderful! Braces are very expensive here too. :)

Blessings,
Camille
