Ten Days ~ An Update

First things first ~ I would like to express our
grateful thanks to each one of you who have
sent emails, phoned, prayed, and just generally cared for and loved us.
It has been (and is) a great blessing!

Ten days ago Austin met with his cardiologist at Children's.
Just a few days after that meeting, he seemed to hit rock bottom.
He was nearly where he was at when released
from the hospital over seven months ago.  Almost.

Then, on Tuesday of last week he seemed to turn a corner.
Each day he reported feeling a little better.  Just a little.
But, *just a little* added up makes a difference.
The LORD has been so gracious to us!

The next couple of weeks we wait and continue on with the meds prescribed.
We trust that the LORD will sustain our son.
And, we pray that HIS will for Austin would be accomplished.

The pacemaker and defibrillator, as we understand it, will be required.
Unless God heals him ~ which is possible.
Whatever is best in God's plan is what we desire.

By God's grace.

Thank you so much for praying
and for your continued friendship!!

With Love, Camille

I am thankful that Austin is feeling better. We continue to keep you all in our thoughts and prayers. God has great plans for our children/families :) I am so thankful that GOD is in control and that HIS will shall be done.. No better place to be than in the center of HIS will and wrapped in HIS loving arms.
Lots of love and prayers,
Misty

Dear Camille,
Encouraging news for Austin.
Our family continues to lift up Austin. Our church family is also lifting up your son, he was placed on our prayer list last week.
May the Lord continue to heal his heart. May He give you guy the strength needed to care and love him along with all of the other responsibities you have as a wife, mother and home-maker.

Love~

Wanting What I Have said...

Thanking God for the blessing of improvement - little by little! My heart is heavy as I watch y'all walk through this and yet I continue to be so encouraged to hunger and thirst for His good and perfectly sovereign will - even when it is painful. Your lives, your talk, your walk - the authenticity that is the Gospel radiating from your family makes me want to cling to Him all the more. I am thankful to Him for the boldness of the Gospel in your lives. Thank you. And continuing to pray. Love you!

Dear Camille,

I haven't written on your blog but I have been reading your blog. I've also been praying for Austin. I appreciate your insights and your vulnerabilyt and authenticity. You are an encouragement to me to give thanks, especially that seem less than thankful. Praying for God's will and Austin's healing and strength for all. Blessings, Angela
