The Quotidian (6. 7. 15)

Quotidian: daily, usual, or customary;
everyday; ordinary; commonplace.

Project for school.

All hands on deck (or, in the yard, as the case may be).

Prompting with cue cards.

The big clear-out of 2015.

One down.  Too many more to go.

The contents of the corner cupboard.  Whose idea was that, anyway?

Wallpaper scraped from the shelves.  And again, whose idea?

This salad!  Make it.  You won't be sorry.  Promise.

Heat wave.  It's been crazy hot here.
We're doing our best to keep our growing things green.

Happy Monday!
With Love, Camille

Doesn't it feel great to go through things (albeit a bit overwhelming most of the time!) and get rid of things you don't need anymore?? I love that feeling! :)

Looks good!! Isn't it such a great feeling to clean out? We are doing that today too, well outside in the garage. Can't wait to do it inside it too! The cupboards we picked are very similar to yours, I wonder if thats where I've seen them before and liked them so much? :-) That salad looks wonderful. Can't wait to try it!! Hope you are having a great day!

Way to go on the clearing out..I agree, part way through (usually at the messiest point) one DOES tend to ask oneself who's idea it was lol! Stay cool and have a great day xo

Thanks for the link up. ;). You need some of our rain! We've had so much that it washed out a big portion of my vegetable garden and we are supposed to get 1-2 inches more!

I'm surprised it is so hot around your area. Wow! What a scorcher this has been. So good to catch up with you. I've been missing my blogging friends. I can't believe how tall your daughter is getting. She looks quite grown up in these pics. Happy cleaning! We just purged and cleaned our homeschool room and we're getting ready to paint the dark paneling in our living room. Can't wait to have it lighter in this trailer! Hope you're having an awesome summer my friend :) Hugs!

Loved your comment on the cleanup. We've been doing the same thing the last several months and I have had the same thoughts. It the end it feels so good to clean out (we have so much more to do) This week it has been bathroom drawers. Perhaps next week I'll tackle some closets. The salad looks yummy, perfect for a summer dinner.
Hugs

I love seeing your clean out pictures; they are always inspiring, and something I need to do again. I did get my pantry cleaned out last week, which was a great help though; I need to do the rest of the kitchen. It always makes me feel as if I can think better when I have done it. The salad looks delicious and refeshing. Have a lovely weekend Camille.
