I know you would be blessed by Trusting God...right now it is a great price at CBD online. :)

Dear Stacie ~ You are right...we must not listen to the Evil One as he tries to distract us from the Truth. God is Good and Faithful. He is with us each step of the journey He calls us to. One step at a time my friend...moment by moment. Keep clinging to His promises! Praying for you this day. :)

Dear Jenny ~ How precious it is to belong to Him! Our Loving Heavenly Father knows what He is doing and will keep us until He calls us Home. What a wonderful blessing it is to rest in that. Hugs to you! :)

With love,
CamilleCamillehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07838089502798643241noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-345646302373200929.post-54118091142786497672013-11-06T09:27:47.426-08:002013-11-06T09:27:47.426-08:00Such great resources! It comes down to are we going to say YES to God in every area of our life, through the good and the bad we need to stand on His truths and His promises and say "Yes, Lord I will follow you no matter what."Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02983747923969997503noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-345646302373200929.post-70900233737108694292013-11-05T09:43:30.457-08:002013-11-05T09:43:30.457-08:00"We can prepare for trials. I am trying desperately to not fear another storm. In truth, most things that I thought were storms, where little squalls compared to what we have faced and will continue to face. Loss gives us perspective. A reverence point, if you will. It tells us what is important. Heaven. Salvation. Redemption. Family. Believers in Christ. You are a light in this dark world and you speak the truth in love, always. Thank you for the link to the London Baptist Confession of Faith especially, as I haven't seen that before. That and the Trusting God book. Oh friend, how I wish we could get us some plane tickets to Canada as affordably as we can to NM! Ha! I'm still hoping and dreaming (and doing a little budgeting too!). What a joy it would be to be able to hug your neck, eat a meal with your family, and enjoy Christian fellowship with one who has helped me grow in faith so much! Trisha had mentioned me in that post tonight (happy tears), so I got out the laptop to comment and wanted to pop over here too and say "hello" and that I love you and pray for you often. That seems like such a cliche thing to say, but there really are no words...just the truth that our God is good and He loves us. There is so much competition for our time and attention that the importance of filling our minds with God's truth can sometimes get lost. Then when the storms hit....and they will, we have no foundation on which to stand. Keep reminding us...I need to hear it often!
