Rooibos Tea ~ Red Bush Tea


Our dear Auntie from England introduced us to this wonderful tea! Rooibos or Red Bush Tea (as it is also known) is unlike "regular" tea in many ways, yet it tastes so yummy and has many health benefits. Check out the abundant information on it and you may just be inspired to pick some up the next time you are shopping. There are a variety of brands available and it can easily be found in "regular" grocery stores right alongside the many other teas. My children all love it and even my husband, who doesn't like tea, will enjoy a cup! It's naturally sweet ~ serve with or without a spash of milk...and ENJOY!

    I am not kidding you my dear friend, I just had a cup of Red Rooibos tea in the last half hour and was thinking I should share about this very healthy tea on my blog. Isn't it wonderful?

    I have heard so many wonderful things about rooibos tea, and I haven't tried it yet! If I do, I'll try the Wisdom of the Ancients brand. I really trust that one!

    I drink about 20 cups of decaff tea a day... no joke. So I will be on the look out for this next time I'm out. Thanks for the tip.

    Mavis ~ This tea is rich in colour...maybe you can do cup by cup with a reused tea bag...that would help with the cost of your habit! :) WOW...20 cups!! Hope you enjoy this tea...we really do!

    I have that tea but it's mixed with another tea (mines loose). It's delish and supposed to be even better than green tea for you!

    Manuela ~ I have heard that it is supposed to be better for you than green tea too. :)
