If you like rice pudding, you'll like this.
If you don't, I cannot help you. And, I cannot understand. :)
I added in some cream and a little more vanilla
to get it *just right*.
If you have leftover rice...this is just perfect!

ReplyDeleteWhen Michael and I first got married I cannot even tell you how many Rice Puddings recipes I tried looking for 'the one'. Finally I found one and use Arborio rice as it seems to make the texture creamier :)

ReplyDeleteDear Sharon ~ Yes, the short grain baked rice puddings are best...I hear you on that one! This was a nice way to use up leftover rice. It won't be the same as your tried and true recipe. :)
