The Quotidian (26. 9. 16)

Quotidian: daily, usual, or customary;
everyday; ordinary; commonplace.

Calvin's ride for 48 hours.

He was restricted in the car rental department due to age.
(And, he needed a car for an entire day of work on Vancouver Island.)

Emma is loving this course!

Where she left it.

Trying to help her Mama.

On his way to work and I made him pose for a photo.

Done with posing....rushing.

Sheets on the line in September!

Ready. Set. Go!

Morning view.

Happy Monday Y'all!

Oh friend, your morning view is simply delightful! How I would love to sit in the sunshine streaming through the window while reading God's precious Word.

What a beautiful family you have. Aren't ordinary days wonderful?? I don't feel like I've had an ordinary day in months. And yet, I know my God is the same yesterday, today and forever. Blessings to you today precious lady!

Roxy ~ It is a blessing to have all that wood to use in the winter....God is so good to us, isn't He? I love sheets fresh from the line, but, it won't be possible for too much longer here. Sunshine is a wonderful thing, I agree....however, it is less plentiful here than it sounds to be there. But, liquid sunshine (as we call it) has its own beauty. Hugs to you! :)

Stacie ~ What fun to think that you actually know what it is like to sit in our home! I am so thankful that you were able to come for a visit with Jackie. We are praying for you all....the Lord is good and does all things well. Continue to rest your heart in Him as I know you are doing. Big Hugs! :)

Stephanie ~ Thank you for your kind words, sweet friend. Truly, the Lord gives us good things, doesn't He? Hugs to you! :)

Robbin ~ You are in deep waters right now and the Lord is with you through it all...may you know His peace and comfort moment by moment and step by step. *Ordinary days* are a blessing, and I am sure they will come to you once again. Big Hugs! :)

Katy ~ Thank you, my friend! Big Hugs to you across the miles. Have a lovely day. :)

Camille

Poor Calvin, LOL! I'm glad he was able to find something to drive to work. That was being resourceful for sure! Emma is just so beautiful. Tell Fraser that I finally had the chance to try Naan bread as we just did an India-themed lunch for our Narnia unit study. It was delicious! Does he help make it at the bakery? Looks like homeschooling is in full swing! Must be weird only homeschooling one now, and I bet she is pretty independent. It is nice that Josiah is getting more independent. Have a great day! Wonderful to see how you all are doing in pictures.

Always enjoy these posts and sneak peeks into your days Camille. :-) Great pictures as always and happy kids too! We can't hang sheets out due to Hayley and Jerry's allergies; I remember my mom always did when I was growing up and one day a bird made a nest in the fitted sheet she had hanging out, lol. I will always remember it because my parents are such nature lovers that my dad said just leave the sheet up for the birds for a bit and I will buy you another one. LOL.... definitely where I get my love of nature too. Hope you enjoy the rest of your evening and week ahead.

Blessings,
Jill

Jackie ~ Yes, resourceful, for sure! It wasn't really feasible for him to take our only vehicle, so, UHaul it was! :) You are right...our girl is quite independent in her studies....it's wonderful to see how these things all come together. No, Fraser doesn't help make bread...he just sells it. Naan is not available at Cob's...that would be a yummy addition. :)

Jill ~ Now that is one of the best sheets on the line stories I have ever heard! That's one dedicated nature lover!! Sheets are expensive. :) Thank you for your kind encouragement....hugs to you! :)

With Love,
Camille

Loving all your flashbacks of memories and peeks inside your window. Your children seem to get bigger and bigger each time I visit here. Adding a bit of pink to your family....that was a cute post. It's how I feel but backwards here....Grey has a lot of pink handed down to him ☺ What precious moments to soak up.

And I love the photo of you holding the camera in the mirror ☺
