Yes, we homeschool.
No, we haven't always.
W.H.Y. the switch?
Homeschool can be used to open doors.
And windows.
O.P.P.O.R.T.U.N.I.T.I.E.S.
Were we selfish to make this choice?
Is anyone selfish to have a child in the first place?
God gives the gifts.
We are called to nurture HIS plants.
Help them to grow in the "way they should go".
I found it very difficult to thoroughly accomplish this task
in the few hours a day "left over" after the BEST hours had been used up.
That's just me.
Very dear sweet people in our lives are doing a
W.O.N.D.E.R.F.U.L.
job "in the system" with those "few hours".
I wasn't.
God called our family to this.
He may, or may not, call your family to it.
It may be now or later, or never.
There are S.E.A.S.O.N.S.
Wait on HIM in prayer and go forward in today and serve
HIM in whatever HE calls you to do.
That is F.A.I.T.H.F.U.L.N.E.S.S.
Being teachable.
Being available.
Being willing.

Obedience to His calling whatever it may be. I like the way you shared this.
I loved this post! Homeschooling is such a blessing! I was in a public school and it was rough to say the least. My elsdest daughter, Skye http://skyesworld12.blogspot.com/ was in public school for the most part until 4th grade and it was really tough for her. We are so blessed to be able to give our children such great opportunities! Have a happy night! :)
Thanks Patty! Your encouragement is a blessing. :)
Thanks for sharing your story with us Kristy! God is so gracious to us, isn't HE? :)
Blessings,
Camille
Camille,
Your post reminds me that we all need to hear and do what the Lord says for family life.
Thank you for your visit and comments on my post. In joy...
I love the freedom that homeschooling brings. We can do anything and when we want to!
Welcome Donna! Yes, we must all follow where the LORD leads...what a blessing that the HE promises never to leave us nor forsake us! His Word is our guide through this life...we are so thankful for that! :)
It is a privilege isn't it Stacie? We are so thankful to be able to this with our children too. :)
Blessings,
Camille
Wisely spoken, Camille.
I love hearing about other families homeschool journeys. Can't wait for more!
love, Heather
Thanks Heather! Only the LORD can help us each along this path...how we need HIM!! I'm working on the "more"...hopefully next week. Thanks for the encouragement. :)
Love,
Camille
