The rhythm of life as it happens ~
As it ebbs and flows.
Day in.
Day out.
We seek daily to turn
our attention to the
E.T.E.R.N.A.L.
What better way than
to fully attend to the
N.O.W.
We are called to this.
Called to live fully for HIM ~
in ALL we do!
Life in our home is never dull.
There are many things to occupy our time.
There are many people to minister to.
Never a lack of things to be done.
In the here.
In the now.
Might we all really live.
And live really well.
For HIS glory!
"And whatsoever ye do in word or deed,
do all in the name of the Lord Jesus,
giving thanks to God and the Father by him."
~ Colossians 3:17 ~

It's easy to count.
It begins with noticing the *little* things.
Noticing the moments.
Entering into them and writing them down.
It's as simple as that.
My journal sits on my counter.
I list as events unfold.
Sometimes many all at once,
and other times in a trickle.
Would you like to begin?
Just grab a pen and a journal,
set them out on the counter,
and list out your blessings.
Find the joy in the moments ~
As they arrive.
Enjoy the journey!
Many Blessings,
Camille

I loved reading about all the things - big and small that make you happy, make you smile :) :) Fresh laundry out of the dryer is one of my personal favorites. It's so warm and cozy :) :) Have a lovely week, Camille :) Love and hugs from Oregon, Heather :)
Once again, this is a wonderful list. Thank you for the reminder to look for and enjoy the little (and big) blessings.
I feel refreshed by this reminder. Thanks so much for being sensitive to the Holy Spirit and posting this. I am struggling with "the blues" today due to a number of little circumstances and am working on aligning my heart and mind with God's truth this morning. Your post helped me take the first steps in that direction. God bless!
What sweet memories. Love the pictures of your children Camille, they are so precious. It is so wonderful to give God praise for all the blessings of life He has so freely given us. Blessings to you, Jackie

What a sweet list, my friend! I love seeing pictures of your children. How blessed you are. Yes, one day there won't be little ones to break in on the walk. How right you are to praise God for that one! And, sugar? Do you mean REAL sugar? HA! That means if I came for tea, you'd let me have sugar in it instead of stevia? :)
I love you, friend. Thank you for the beautiful reminders to keep our eyes on Him!!
Dear Trisha ~ You make me smile! Yes, *real* sugar...LOL! But, I do have Stevia if you'd prefer. And...when is it that you are coming?? I can't wait! :)
With Love,
Camille
Your posts are so inspiring that I think I will start a journal.
We to often forget all the "little" blessings our Lord graciously gives us, what a shame! But what a wonderful way to keep tract and be able to look back years earlier and be reminded of all the blessings we have forgotten.
And times when we get "down", we can go to the Word first and prayer, and then to the journal to be reminded of all our blessings. To be reminded, in the midst of the storms, God is always there blessing us...with kids helping in chores, fresh air, being crowded out, etc.
I so appreciate your blog. I truly believe God uses your blog to encourage others in their walk with Him. What a privilege our God has ordained for you!
Well done, my new friend!
Blessing to you,
Christine
Dear Christine ~ You are such an encourager...thank you so much for your sweet words! Oh how Great our LORD Jesus Christ is...HE must be magnified and I must decrease ~ All glory to HIS Wonderful Name! Journals are a wonderful way to keep record of the ways in which our Precious LORD has cared for us...like an "ebenezer"...we can look back to the dark times and see HIS Hand at work. What a blessing it is! I do hope you begin! :)
Many blessings,
Camille
