I Will N.E.V.E.R. Understand!

Although I have T.H.R.E.E. boys,
they are still capable of coming up with new ways to amaze me!
The boy who did this will remain A.N.O.N.Y.M.O.U.S.
And, in his defense, this took place about two years ago ~
I like to think he now knows better.

Can you see what happened?
They say a picture speaks a thousand words and
in this case THREE pictures may reveal more than you ever wanted to know!
Whatever possessed my boy to do this to my girl is beyond me.
Her shrieks of horror were heard all over the house.
Thankfully he shut the power head of the vacuum off
before more damage was done.
The joys of motherhood abound! :)

The B.A.L.D. spot left after the...

B.O.Y. used this...

On her H.E.A.D. ~ While it was R.U.N.N.I.N.G.!!

Poor thing!
Oh the joys (and sorrows)
of motherhood!

Many Blessings,
Camille

OH MY!
Now I know why God didn't give me the 5 boys I wanted so badly!
But then, two girls can do some damage to each other, too!
I guess we are *assigned* the correct number and gender after all. (But I think it is a special lady to be a good mom to more than one boy! ;~D ) God knows what He is doing!
Be Blessed, my friend!

OUCH! I can imagine that didn't feel too great.
I think your kids will be talking about this at family gatherings in years to come, and...while laughing about it.
I have to admit, I'm kind of giggling about it right now. Never a dull moment when you have children, right?
It reminds me of the time my sister was sliding me around on the wood floor in our house (when we were little) and accidently stepped on my hair and ripped out a very LARGE clump. We laugh at it today.

Ok, Camille, I know this really isn't funny....but see, this is one of the reasons that Mommies of girls only think Mommies of boys live a somewhat wild and crazy life. Once a friend of mine who has twin girls watched two of my boys when they were very young. She returned them to our home and was quite exhausted from the day, wondering why boys have to be constantly moving.

I'm hoping your daughter will soon love the hum of that vacuum cleaner once again. :)

So, I guess Sam was actually being kind and gentle when he simply got a scissors and cut her hair. Who knew. I didn't see it that way at the time:-).

How fun will it be to tell this story to their kids one day!?

Raeann ~ I couldn't agree with you more...the LORD gives EXACTLY what we are meant to have! AND I also agree...girls can do nasty things as well. We ALL need the LORD, don't we? :)

Cinnamon ~ Oh yes...rascals...genius? Hmmm...I'll have to ponder that one! ;-)

Christa ~ It is amazing that any of them grow up "in tact" isn't it?? How fun to think that they will turn all these things into laughter in the future! You poor thing regarding your hair! What a blessing that you came out the "other side" and can laugh about it now! :)

Trisha ~ I was actually shocked at this one...but you are right...boys are indeed different from girls! They need to "conquer" and it is necessary to have that energy directed in the right way...oh that the LORD would have their hearts! :)

Thy Hand ~ Funny, none of mine thought to use scissors to do the job...how mild mannered your boy is! ;-)

Nadine ~ Yes, ouch! But she is so hearty...it really didn't phase her for long! Amazing! :)

Sharon ~ LOL...it was nasty, but she got over it quickly. Funny how having three big brothers does that to you. :)

Jenn ~ Oh yes...never a dull moment! :)

Blessings,
Camille

Girls use scissors to restyle their hair and when you have twins they can really play hairdressers - one gets to be the client, the other the stylist! And I thought I had put all scissors out of reach! But boys like power tools. Your vacuum must have had really good suction! My boys did not try this on their sisters but thankfully the cat managed to get away!

Oh Ann...how funny this is! You obviously have had similar experiences in your home!! I think you are right about boys and power tools...that makes perfect sense! How wonderful that your girls didn't get tangled up in the vacuum and your cat escaped! LOL! :)

Blessings,
Camille

I know it isn't funny...it's awful. But I found myself with my hand cupped over my mouth cracking up... poor sweet girl.

J ~ It really was awful, but Emma can make jokes about it now ~ that says something, don't you think? I think she might even be a bit proud of her "war wounds"! ;-)

Have a great week!

Oh my goodness. I missed that post! I'm so glad those kind of things don't just happen to us, LOL. My impulsive little boy has done some interesting things to his little sister, too. Those, "What where you thinking?!!!" kinds of things!
