Baked Berry Almond Oatmeal

Y.U.M.M.Y.

SO good!

It was a hit all around.
And the boy who can NEVER get filled up...
did! :)

Click Here to find the recipe ~
You will need to scroll about half-way down
the post to locate it.
It's worth the hunt! :)

FYI ~ I doubled the recipe to serve my family...
using two pans of the 7" x 11" variety.
AND...I used old fashioned oats
and thawed raspberries (they had been frozen).

Enjoy!
Blessings,
Camille

HI Camille,
YUMMY!!!! I was wondering when you'd post another recipe. Yes, I can see why you'd have to double the recipe...you practically have a basketball team in your family :) :)

I've made baked oatmeal before...it's so easy and super filling. I like it served hot with milk poured over the top. My recipe is from a Beachy/Amish/Mennonite cookbook called "Taste of Pinecraft" It's really good. I'm glad your boy was full after eating the version that you made :) :)

Oh, you know what? I bet this is pretty economical, too :) :) Thanks for the yummy recipe, Camille ;) :) Have a lovely day. Love and hugs from Oregon, Heather :)

Dear Anneliese ~ Welcome! Yes, I agree...samples would be a great idea! :)

Dear Linda ~ We have had a VERY cool Spring and Summer so far...it's hovering in the low 70's...come visit! I'll serve you up some of this for breakfast. :)

Dear Connie ~ I'm sure your family will enjoy it too...and it feeds a crowd (when you make it in a few pans). Enjoy! :)

Many blessings,
Camille

Camille,
This looks great! When I first clicked on the link and noticed the words "green lentil hummus," I almost went away. :) But, then I patiently scrolled down and got to the better stuff. HA! This looks like one that my family might like. Thank you!! Love you!
